Turn Back The Clocks...

Last night I did something I NEVER ordinarily do...

I turned on the news. And I still don't know why I did that.

Because once I did that...what do you know, there were a bunch of people complaining about how they had the 'golden' opportunity to buy some stock five years ago for something like five bucks, and now it's worth over 50 dollars. Sigh.

Not bad, huh? Well the news anchor went on to say 'It's too bad we can't turn back the clock so we could all be millionaires now." The people laughed and then it went to commercial.

The first thought in my head was, well, that was five minutes of my life I'll never get back.

Second thought was, if they only knew...

You see, real estate is the only investment in the world where you CAN turn back the clock! You can buy properties today at 1970's prices, and then turn around and resell them at 2006's sky-high prices for a massive profit...if you know what you're doing.
