Let's face it...flipping homes or condos for immediate profit is about as fun as it gets!

It's fast...it's easy...and it's really safe, if you look at your potential returns versus the small risk you take.

But, like I tell all my clients, flipping should only be ONE weapon in your real estate arsenal. Right now, with the market soaring to all-time highs just about everywhere, it's a perfect time to take advantage of the 'rent to own' market that's growing faster every day.

Now, I'm by no means suggesting that you become a landlord and scrape by for the next thirty years on 100 bucks of positive cash flow each month...that would be a waste of time for several reasons.

For one, by the time the house is actually paid off, it probably won't be worth nearly what you think. You see, people like newer stuff...cars...homes...clothes, etc. And new stuff also will sell faster than something old.

Yep...that's the way it works.

Now, to tap this kind of market, you would basically need to renovate the property to match the market's current looks and trend...that is, if you ever want to come close to selling it anywhere near the full price.

Doesn't sound like much fun, huh? No, it's not...that's why you won't see me messing around with that kind of deal.

I wanna see money...and I want to see it fast...not 30 years from now.

So how do you tap this market without doing it the old fashioned way?

Well, it's easy...you target new homes in nice areas, where the rents will cover the mortgage, put some cash in your pocket each month...and leave you with a nice payout in a year or so.

If you are one of the many who just don't have the time to do all that work, you can get in with a company who will do all that FOR you.

Seriously...there's an outfit that will find you a new house, find you a rent-to-own (OWN is the key word here) tenant/buyer, and even finance the deal for you. All you do is relax...and collect your check!
