You've no doubt heard the age-old motto, "You need to work hard
to make money."
Or how about this one..."If you want extra money, get a second
job."
Or how about my favorite..."Sounds too good to be true...it
can't be that easy!"
Although I don't have any problem with hard work, I just think
the statement above does nothing more than poison the thoughts
of thousands of people, because in all honesty, it's simply not
true. In fact, those are the EXACT types of statements that
prevent you from making the kind of money you deserve.
I know...I know...sounds crazy, and who am I to dare challenge
the words of age-old wisdom, right?
Well, consider this...just last year, the average house in Las
Vegas appraised at over 52%. Now considering the average cost of
a house is around $225,000, that's sure to leave the homeowner a
nice chunk of equity at around $117,000.
What gets even more interesting is that the median income of
those exact people is somewhere around forty-eight thousand per
year.
Geez...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to say, Wow, these
people get up, go to work, commute every single day for a whole
year...and bring in $48,000.
Hard work, right?
Now there are the same types of people who did absolutely
nothing...no work...and made double their income just off
appreciation of their house. That required absolutely,
positively not one ounce of effort! Crazy, huh?
Not really...because that's the way wealth works. It's not how
hard or how long you work...it's how SMART you work.
Working smart is where all
the money's at.
Just like our new houses opportunity I just sent you an email
about last week.
I can't tell you how many people just can't believe it's that
easy...where the company I refer you to will find you a
brand-new house at a discount...find you a buyer with a built-in
positive cash flow...while you sit back and collect monthly
payments and appreciation.
(Just like the Vegas example above...you keep the appreciation,
whatever it is).
Well, the people who got in on that deal know what I'm talking
about, and the ones who missed it...well, you're actually in
luck if you act right now...because I just got off the phone
with one of my partners and she informed me that we have about
