QUESTION:
"Real estate prices are sky-high in my state. What can I do?"
ANSWER:
Here's what you do...stand up, put your hands in the air and yell out
"YES!" Because, my friends, the higher the prices are
in your area means all the more money you can make! For example, I do a
lot of investing in Miami, where a one-bedroom condo sets you back
around half a million bucks; but when I flip the thing, I'm looking at a
6 figure profit, not just 10 to 20 grand. You see, the higher the
price...the more you can make.
And I teach this in my top-selling preconstruction course.
Check it out; you'll be glad you did!
QUESTION:
"I'm broke, and my credit is horrible. Is there any hope for me
to invest in real estate?"
ANSWER:
Bad credit or bankruptcy can
make the deals harder, and overall will make your profit a bit
less in the beginning. But you can still work with lenders who
specifically will help you with hard money loans, and if your
determination is high enough, you can make it work for you. As your
credit gets better, your deals will get easier and more profitable as
well.
That's why I include my
No Money Down©
course for free with your order of
Real Estate Uncovered©,
which helps you understand methods of investing when you don't have the
best credit or accessible funds.
If you have any outstanding debts that can be taken care
of now, to try and do your best to get rid of them. Any help to your credit
is good. One online firm that I myself have used to help with credit
repair is Lexington Law Firm
. They
are super quick, efficient and specialize in credit repair, so you check into working with them to
help you out some more.
QUESTION:
"I don't have any money at all to put down. How can I get
financed?"
ANSWER:
As my good friend and real estate legend
Bruce Posner would say...why finance when you can flip? And
you know, he's right...remember about 80% of truly good deals can be
flipped before you even have to close. I do it all the time; in fact,
right now that's all I'm doing!

QUESTION:
"Can I invest in real estate from my country?" (non-US)
ANSWER:
Honestly, I am not familiar with the real estate market in any country
outside of the United States - I just have never invested outside of
here. I have had many clients from all over the world who have ordered
my products, and I have had many success stories from them. However,
I've also had clients who couldn't apply certain parts of the courses to
their marketplace because of differences in law.
And really, it depends on the techniques they're using. I know for a
fact people outside of the United States invest in preconstruction
properties; I do it myself. There are no rules against that if you
know what to do. So HOW do you find out what to do? Simply

QUESTION:
"I'm not sure what the law is in my state regarding flipping./lease
options/subject-to investing...how do I find this out?"
ANSWER:
As I show people in my
Real Estate Exposed report, if you're honest and doing
legitimate flips and lease options, you won't have any problem abiding
by the law. The laws are there to protect people from scam artists, but
as a new investor you aren't going to be that. If you do things
right, you won't have a problem.
QUESTION:
"I'm looking to flip as many properties per year as I can, but I
don't want to use my own credit. Is there any hope?"
ANSWER:
Here's the good news...when you flip, you're not using your own credit
anyway. Just last month, I flipped over $20 million dollars worth of
luxury real estate and never got my credit report pulled once. If you're
interested in that type of real estate, you'll really want to take a
look here:

Now, if ultra-luxury isn't your style...no problem! You can flip
just about anything you want, from rehabs...to rentals...to apartment
complexes...anything at all. To learn how to do just that,

QUESTION:
"I'm specifically looking for information on foreclosures - what can
you tell me?"
ANSWER:
Well, to start with, by definition a foreclosure
is the forced sale of a piece of real estate to pay
off a loan that the owner has defaulted on.
Simple enough, right?
How do you find foreclosures? That's a common
question I hear all the time and because of that, I
created a whole page just on that topic -

them.
