So...what exactly can a real
estate coach do for you?
And...does everyone really
need one?
Well, I can tell you this
much...my real estate investing courses are carefully set up so
that you can do them on your own.
Why?
Because I had to learn everything
on my own; for one, I couldn't afford to hire a coach for real
estate; and secondly I didn't know where to turn to find a
coach, even if I could have afforded it.
So that's why I made my real
estate investing courses as easy and streamlined as I possibly
could. Not to mention, I'm not too crazy about reading 10,000
page manuals and I'm sure most people would lose interest if any
of my course were that size.
Now, I'm also not saying NOT to
have a coach or a mentor...because frankly, I've had lots of
clients who chose to go that route and saw an increase in their
overall profits of up to 70%.
Not bad at all!
So the point is this...
If you are the type of person who
needs the extra help of a real estate coach, then I say go for
it. You can work directly with your coach to optimize
deals and they can open your eyes to things you may not have
seen before. Plus, the coaches keep you on track
even when you try not to be!
If you want to give it a go on
your own...that's great too. More power to you...and I'll
